“New generation. New tactics. Built to protect.”
After a high-profile mission goes sideways, Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson is pulled out of forced retirement to lead a last-chance experimental SWAT unit made up of untested, unpredictable young recruits. Hondo must bridge a generational divide, navigate clashing personalities, and turn a squad of outsiders into a team capable of protecting the city and saving the program that made him who he is.
A deadly new drug, smuggled inside donut deliveries, pulls the Exiles into an undercover operation; meanwhile, Malik's abrupt transfer sends shockwaves through the squad, but only Hondo and Ethan know just how deep undercover he's about to go.
When the FBI comes calling, Jude is pulled back undercover to infiltrate a white supremacist crew he spent years with; as his true history comes to light, the Exiles must reckon with what he did to survive and whether they can still trust him.
